About the event
Kangoo Discovery™️ - is specifically developed for young people above the age of 5. It is a basic program for schools and fitness organizations that challenges the children's creativity by including games and exercises that keep class motivating from beginning to end. Classes are designed to build coordination, endurance, good body posture and self-image. With KJ rebound shoes, children turn negative energy into positive, in a fun and enjoyable workout that will challenge both the body and brain in the most interactive and innovative ways.
Suitable for all fitness professionals and those who want to start their fitness journey. Aerobic and/or Exercise to Music and/or Group Fitness certificate is a prerequisite. If you don't have any, we offer an online 2-day (8 hours in total) aerobic course. DM directly to apply.

-> New Instructors as the 1st KJ program 11am-7pm £259
You must take your own Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes with you. If you need to hire, it is additional £15 per day.

Standard NEW/EXIST Instructors
This ticket is for those who would like to qualify for Kangoo Discovery Fitness Program as the 1st KJFP and for existing KJ Instructors if they wish to add this as an additional KJFP. If you don't have your own pair of KJ's, please add a ticket for KJ boots hire. Bear in mind, NEW instructor training will last 11am-7pm.
