About the event
Kangoo Power™️ - the basic Kangoo Jumps Fitness Program which is recommended to start your KJ journey with. This program is the most technical and powerful KJFP. Because of its intense use of propulsion technique, known as Plyometrics exercise, classes are very intense, energetic and motivational. Kangoo Power is specifically designed to challenge the whole body, building muscular strength and endurance, and can be adapted to all fitness levels. It will allow you to see noticeable improvement in your physical fitness. Basic moves are easy to follow and can be performed with growing complexity and intensity, as you progress. This program suits a broad range of class attendees regardless of fitness level. It is also great for athletes, due to its use of plyometric explosive techniques, using Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes to maximize effort, while preventing damaging impact to the joints.
