At Kangoo Club Southend, our T-shirts are custom-made to order based on your chosen size and colour. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind, choose the wrong size, or no longer want the product.

However, your statutory rights are not affected. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item is:

• Faulty or damaged upon arrival

• Not as described on our website

• Of unsatisfactory quality

Orders are usually processed within 1 working day and dispatched via trusted couriers (Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DPD Local). Delivery typically takes 1–4 working days, though this may vary depending on your location and courier delays. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect details.
