Fitness Class Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of fitness classes, including but not limited to Kangoo Jumps® Fitness Programs, delivered by Kangoo Club Southend and its authorised instructors ("We", "Us", "Our") in Southend-on-Sea and across the United Kingdom. These apply to all customers who are classified as "Consumers" under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Participation in our Fitness Activities
Participation in Kangoo Club Southend fitness activities, including Kangoo Jumps® classes, is voluntarily and subject to several main terms and conditions in accordance with UK consumer law. Participants must be aged 18 or over. Individuals aged 14–17 may participate with written parental or guardian consent and must follow all relevant rules regarding conduct and supervision. All participants must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) prior to their first class to confirm their fitness to take part. Participation involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. Everyone is participating voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen, by signing Assumption of Risks and Waiver of Liability Agreement. All participants must ensure they are in good health and consult a medical professional before starting any new exercise program. Kangoo Jumps® activities are not suitable during pregnancy or for individuals with certain medical or skeletal conditions. Participants must arrive on time, follow the instructor’s guidance, and use equipment only as instructed.
Events / Festivals / Projects Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all events organised and/or promoted by Kangoo Club Southend, including but not limited to variety of events, parades, festivals, and projects such as Fit Escape fitness holiday (collectively referred to as the “Event(s)”). Kangoo Club Southend and any persons involved in the organisation of the Event are referred to as the Organiser/Promoter. All Events are official Kangoo Jumps® events, organised in coordination with the Kangoo Jumps Head Office and the Official KJ Distributor in the respective host country. Participation in these Events is strictly limited to the use of original, authentic Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes. No exceptions will be made. Any participant found using, promoting, or attempting to enter with aftermarket, counterfeit, or imitation products will be considered in breach of these Terms and/or in violation of Kangoo Jumps' trademark rights.

Product Colours and Images
While we aim to present product images and colours as accurately as possible, actual products may vary slightly from the images shown due to the following reasons:

Kangoo Jumps® UK Warranty Policy
All KJ Products bought via Kangoo Club Southend are warranted by Bluma Jumps - the Official Distributor of Kangoo Jumps® in the United Kingdom. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. All Kangoo Jumps® products sold through our official channels are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, subject to the terms outlined below.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to:

Kangoo Jumps® rebound shoes

Kangoo Jumps® spare parts and accessories
Each product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch / handing over. In the unlikely event that a product is found to be defective, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product, in accordance with the terms below.
Warranty Duration

Main structure and boot assembly: 12 months from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.

Shells, T-Springs, Metal coil spring components, Liners, Rubber Soles, their Clamps: 3 months from the date of purchase or delivery.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty applies exclusively to:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Products purchased through Kangoo Club Southend
To qualify for warranty service, customers may be asked to return the defective product/component to us for inspection.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including degradation of parts due to regular use

Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or abuse (including overloading or improper maintenance)

Modification or repair attempts by third parties or unauthorised technicians

Damage resulting from use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose

Commercial or professional use (unless otherwise stated)
How to Make a Warranty Claim
All warranty claims must be submitted in writing to kangooclubsouthend@gmail.com or via our official Contact Us form. We do not accept warranty claims via phone, text message, or social media. To process your claim, you must include:

Proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt)

Upon initial assessment, we may request the return of the item for further inspection before approving a replacement or repair (please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy).
Limitations of Liability
This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or part. If a specific component is found to be defective, only that part will be replaced. If the main boot structure is defective, the full unit may be replaced. No other warranties - express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose - are provided beyond the terms set forth in this limited warranty.
Your Statutory Rights
This warranty operates in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.
Refund and Exchange Policy
This policy applies to purchases made directly through Kangoo Club Southend It is in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law and is in addition to them.
1. Reporting Returns, Exchanges, and Damages
All requests must be submitted in writing to info@blumajumps.co.uk or via the Contact Us form on our website. We do not accept reports via telephone, text, or social media. Only the original purchaser may submit a return or refund request. When contacting us, please provide:

A clear statement that you wish to cancel, return, or exchange the order.

Your full name, address, order number, and contact details (email and/or phone number).

The reason for the request, along with any supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos for damaged or faulty items).
Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Code and provide the correct return address. Returns sent without this code, or to our registered business address, will not be accepted.
2. Change of Mind or Unwanted Items
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods.

You then have an additional 14 calendar days to return the items.

Items must be unused, unfitted, and returned in their original packaging, including any product inserts and accessories.

The outer packaging must not be damaged or taped directly. Wrap the items securely in non-transparent outer packaging.

Refunds will be issued within 14 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
3. Incorrect Items or Missing Parts
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing, notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Provide photographic/video evidence and a brief explanation.

You may request a refund or an exchange.

Goods must be returned within 14 calendar days after reporting.

We will refund or exchange your item within 14 working days of receiving the return.

If an exchange item is not available, a refund will be issued.
4. Faulty or Defective Goods
You have a right to a repair, replacement, or refund if your product is faulty, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Report any fault within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Provide detailed information, including images or videos of the issue.

You will then have 14 calendar days to return the item.

A refund or exchange will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the item.

If a replacement is not available, we will refund you instead.
5. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please report it immediately:

Open damage (e.g., visibly damaged packaging): must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Hidden damage (e.g., contents damaged but packaging intact): must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Include a full description and visual evidence. If reports are made after these deadlines, we reserve the right to decline the claim.
6. Do I Qualify for a Refund or Exchange?
We may decline a refund or deduct a charge if:

The request is made outside the specified timeframes.

Goods are used, damaged, or not returned in full.

Damage was caused by misuse, unauthorised repairs, or failure to follow care instructions.

Items returned as faulty are found to be without defect – a 10% inspection/admin fee may apply.
7. Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Goods remain your responsibility until safely received by us.

We recommend using tracked and insured postage.

If your return is accepted due to a fault, we will reimburse return postage up to £9.99 incl. VAT, upon proof of posting.
8. Refund Timeframes and Method

Refunds are processed within 7–14 calendar days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 2–7 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where items were delivered faulty or damaged.

Fraud & Deception Policy
