Participation in Kangoo Club Southend Fitness Activities
ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT and PHYSICAL ACTIVITY READINESS QUESTIONNAIRE (PAR-Q) must be signed prior the 1st session:
I (the “Participant”) understand that it is my personal responsibility to consult with the physician prior to my participation in Kangoo Jumps® and other Fitness Programs* or prior to receiving any instruction at Kangoo Club Southend** (KCS) and its qualified Instructors – Agnese Bluma, Vita Norkusa, Magdalena Augustowska, Sarah Manning. I also understand that if at any time during any of KCS fitness sessions, or when receiving any instruction, if I feel discomfort or strain it is my responsibility to cease the activity and consult with the physician. I understand that KCS reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone that KCS think may pose a health risk to themselves or to others. I willingly assume full responsibility for the risks that I am exposing myself to and accept full responsibility for any injury or death that may result from participation in any Fitness Programs provided by Kangoo Club Southend and its Instructors. Please note, any advice given by our Instructors will be based on the information provided at the time by the customer and therefore Kangoo Club Southend and our Instructors will only be responsible for correct advice per that information, not the actual situation. Despite every effort to provide accurate images for each product, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors. Kangoo Club Southend will not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences that are not factory faults. You agree to accept the small risk that there may be a slight variation between the actual colour and design, and the representation on our Website.
Kangoo Jumps® products are warranted by the Official Distributor in the UK Bluma Jumps Limited to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Every single pair/item is carefully inspected before posting out to customers. However, if found to be defective, replacement or repair will be authorized subject to the following limitations.
The Warranty shall be in effect for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase (the warranty on Shells, T-Springs and metal coil spring components is however limited to 3 months)
The Warranty is valid for defects in materials or workmanship only and does not include normal wear and tear.
The warranty does not cover any unprofessional use or damage made on purpose.
The Official Distributor’s sole liability from this sale and this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective product or component. If the boot portion is defective, the entire product will be replaced. If a component is defective, only that component will be replaced. Damages or defect issues must be notified within 5 calendar days of receiving the Goods in writing to Bluma Jumps. Full refund/exchange/return terms here.
