Please read the following guidelines before hiring:

  • Workout Space:  Use the KJ rebound shoes only on even, stable, and non-slip surfaces. Indoors - ensure your floor is clear and free from hazards. Outdoors - avoid loose gravel, wet grass, steep inclines, or areas with hidden dips, stones, or uneven ground. Clear the area of any obstacles to allow for free movement and reduce risk of injury.

  • Clothing & Footwear: Wear comfortable, supportive sportswear. Women should wear a high-support sports bra. Thick or double-layer calf-length cotton socks are required to ensure comfort and proper fit inside the KJ rebound shoes.

  • Hydration: Staying hydrated is essential for safe and effective exercise. Drink water before, during, and after your workout to help maintain energy levels, regulate body temperature, and support recovery. Keep a bottle nearby and take small sips regularly.

  • Safety & Responsibility: Kangoo Jumps® rebound shoes are used at your own risk. By hiring, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Hire Agreement & Liability Waiver.
